1. Who Can Use Aveliq

Aveliq is open to anyone, but is designed primarily for Nigerian students preparing for WAEC, JAMB, NECO, Post-UTME, and university examinations. By using Aveliq you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old, or are using Aveliq with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
• You will use Aveliq only for lawful, educational purposes.
• The information you provide during account creation is accurate.

2. What Aveliq Provides

Aveliq is an AI-powered study tool. It provides:

• AI-generated summaries, quizzes, and revision plans from your notes
• Analysis of YouTube videos and uploaded documents
• An AI tutor (Vexio) for study questions
• Study tracking tools — streaks, achievements, focus timer

3. Your Account

When you create an account:

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aveliq to:

• Upload, submit, or process content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or obscene
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI systems, prompts, or backend logic
• Overload our servers through automated requests, bots, or scripts
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to bypass our rate limits or security measures
• Use Aveliq for any commercial purpose without our written permission

Violating these rules may result in immediate account suspension without warning.

5. Content You Submit

Any notes, photos, or documents you submit to Aveliq remain yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content through our AI systems for the sole purpose of generating your study results. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

6. Intellectual Property

Aveliq — including its design, code, branding, logo, and AI personas — is the intellectual property of George Erubami (GeoCode). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Aveliq without written permission.

The name "Vexio", "Aveliq", and "GEOCODE Intelligence" are original creations of George Erubami and may not be used without permission.

7. Availability & Uptime

We work hard to keep Aveliq available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Aveliq may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances outside our control (such as third-party AI provider outages). We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aveliq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• AI-generated content is always accurate, complete, or up to date
• Using Aveliq will result in improved exam scores
• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted

Use Aveliq as a study aid — not as a substitute for studying, teachers, or official resources.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, George Erubami (GeoCode) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aveliq, including but not limited to loss of data, academic results, or revenue.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Aveliq after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
